Many of our products are hand crafted and made at the time the order is received. Please allow up to 8-10 business days for delivery unless prior arrangements have been made directly with us.
Credit Card and Paypal Orders:
To place your order online via credit card or paypal, simply add the products to your cart. At the time of checkout, select the "Pay via Credit Card or Paypal" button. Complete your order information using our secure credit card gateway. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation order receipt within 48 hours.

Return Policy:
We guarantee our products. If not completely satisfied, return the merchandise in its new and unused condition within 30 days. Your money, minus shipping and handling costs, will be returned. The customer pays all returned merchandise shipping and handling. Damaged items require all original packaging be kept in tact and notification to Phyllis Yancy Designs must be made within 3 business days of receipt.
